Sam McGough is the Founder and CEO of Discovery Medical Center in Huntsville, Alabama. He also leads United Wound Care Management and Discovery Mobile Woundcare, and founded Aestus Mastermind. Two decades of building systems — in healthcare, real estate, operations, and leadership — taught him that the work never stops unless you design it to.
